Yeah my knee has not been the best the two last year because my ligament has been broke and its some more things thats not so good, but yesterday I was at the hospital and
thought they where going to say that I should do an operation on Monday.
But this time I went to a really good guy on knees and he said it was pretty stable
so Iam gonna train it alot now for like 4-6 months and after that it should be allot better so iam Stoked!

He said that about half can do very well with a cruciate ligament which is the.

First of all I wanna say thanks to Ashbury and Troy
for all the good support I have got from you, but
now I have got some new partners so Iam not riding for Ashbury anymore.
